LIMEK LIMITED was registered in Nigeria as a Private Company by shares and was incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the 2nd day of April 1998 with interest in Procurement, Supply and Maintenance Services.
It is registered by the Nigerian Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) as an Oil Industry Services Company also registered by the major Oil Companies in Nigeria as well as several other Private Public Government Agencies as either Contractors or Consultants.
The Company is guided by a Management Committee consisting of three (3) Executive Director who are entrusted with the day running of the Company.
